The Goldwell Open Air Museum is a sculpture park located 5 miles west of Beatty, NV. One piece, a mosaic bench designed and facilitated by Sofie Siegmann with kids from the Lied Discovery Children's Museum, entitled "Sit Here!", was created in 2000 and moved to Goldwell in 2007. It was redesigned and restored at that time. Now, it is in need of restoration once again. I was so fortunate to be a involved in this ongoing restoration.

Art*o*mat® is dispensing Lisa's art at the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC! Artists in Cellophane (A.I.C.), the sponsoring organization of Art*o*mat® is based on the concept of taking art and "repackaging" it to make it part of our daily lives. The mission of A.I.C. is to "encourage art consumption by combining the worlds of art and commerce in an innovative form. A.I.C believes that art should be progressive, yet personal and approachable. What better way to do this, than with a heavy cold steel machine?" Don't go around artless! Learn more about the Art-o-mat Project here: Art-o-mat web site.
